Every SoftWave provider is listed on SoftWaveTRT.com. SoftWaveClinics.com is a separate marketing effort that SoftWave providers are invited to join.

HOW ARE PATIENTS SCHEDULED?

There are two ways we can schedule patients for your clinic.

1. Online Scheduler
   • We can integrate with a few systems so your calendar is synced with the SoftWaveClinics.com calendar.  We’re expanding this list every month to include more EHR systems.
   • Many clinics allow for flex scheduling so we can schedule patients anytime within this range.
   • For example (M-TH 9-12, 2-4; Fri 9-12)
2. No Scheduler
   • If you don’t have “flex scheduling” or a compatible scheduling platform, our call center will transfer patient calls to your clinic, or text/email you the patient details.

PRICING DETAILS

Our goal is for you to make a minimum of 3 to 1 return on this marketing effort.

1. Membership cost $100/month (or $900/year)
2. New Patient Leads are $80/each.  You’ll prepay for 5 at a time ($400)
3. After you get your first 5, we’ll bill for the next 5
4. We’ll attempt to collect prepayment of $69 for every scheduled patient.
5. When patients prepay, the show rate increases to 90%+
6. The ad spend alone to acquire a new patient is over $100.  The $80 + $69 helps cover the cost of ad spend, technology, call center, and marketing team.

NEW PATIENT SPECIAL

It’s important that all participating clinics have the same offer.  Below are the offer details:

1. New patients will receive an exam, consultation, and SoftWave Therapy for one (or two) area(s).
2. If the patient prepays, the cost is $49 for one area and $79 for two.
3. If the patient pays at the clinic, the cost is $69 for one area and $99 for two.
4. Patients are invited to bring a guest.  The guest will receive one area of treatment at no cost.

CAN I GET EXCLUSIVITY?

There are a lot of marketing options.  We want SoftWaveClinics.com to be a supplemental effort that brings in a few patients in addition to your primary marketing.

Call Center

The SoftWave call center will call, email, and text all leads until they’re ready to be scheduled.

We’ll send appointment reminders for all scheduled appointments.

We’ll follow up to reschedule for any missed appointments.
