Dr. Jonathan Silliman

Meet Dr. Jonathan Silliman

Jonathan Silliman is a practitioner of Classical Five Element Acupuncture, a synthesis of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean techniques that incorporate heat therapy and East Asian bodywork such as shiatsu and tui na, as well as needling. After graduating from Sarah Lawrence College in 2005, he took various jobs in civil engineering, publishing, and marketing. In 2009, he had a near-death experience in a hospital setting, and spent the next several months in a state of sustained shock. Jonathan found interest in SoftWave therapy when he saw the natural benefits it brought to his life.

ESWT or Extracorporeal ShockWave Therapy produces sound waves with a very specific waveform eliciting a strong cellular response. The sudden change in pressure caused by the shockwaves triggers the cells to respond as it would to trauma, increasing your healing time by up to 20x. Numerous studies show the release of growth factors, anti-inflammatory agents, and an improved blood supply in response to ESWT.

Lifetime Wellness Center was founded by 2 healthcare professionals, Connie and Jonathan. They have practices in various sectors of the health-care industry, but both found a tremendous increase in the wellbeing of their patients utilizing an Extracorporeal ShockWave Therapy. This led them to create a new practice, Lifetime Wellness Center, where they could focus on providing this treatment to those located in the Seattle, Washington area. This treatment produces sound waves with a very specific waveform eliciting a strong cellular response and a large increase in blood flow. This patented technology works great for: Knee Pain, Back Pain, Foot &, Ankle Pain, Urology (ED, PD, CPP) , A variety of further acute and chronic pain conditions

Dr. Nathan and his staff are extremely professional and make everyone feel welcomed. The experience and wisdom is beyond excellence, along with the state of the art equipment.

I had plantar fasciitis. Dr. Nathans and Dr. Thompson both recommended Soft Wave. I was very skeptical. I am a believer. I am pain free! Highly recommended!

Dr. Sam is truly a life changer! He has not only helped my wife feel so much better in spite of her chronic spine issues, but had helped correct my spine issues and eliminated by back pain!

One of the best chiropractic experiences I have had in a long time. I had immediate relief from a long standing chronic pain condition. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Dr. Matt is fabulous! He has given me 2 consults for neuropathic pain and explained a treatment option he recommends. His office staff is equally fantastic.

Such a nice friendly place. Just started treatment for neuropathy, here's hoping to be able to walk and drive again sometime soon.

Dr. Brown is not in chiropractic care just to adjust and fix people, she’s in it because she truly cares about the individual’s wellness. If anyone would ever ask me what’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself, this would be it.

I’ve been going to Dr. Brown at InnerSun for over a year now. This spring is the FIRST spring in 15 years that I haven’t battled migraine-level sinus headaches – and I’m not taking any medication for it.
