Meet Dr. Ray Andrew

Meet Dr. Ray Andrew, a board-certified family physician and the visionary founder of Moab Family Health and Prestige Wellness Institute Utah. Since embarking on his private practice journey in 2002, Dr. Andrew has distinguished himself in the fields of Functional, Metabolic, and Anti-Aging Medicine.

Educational and Professional Journey:

  • Earned a medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine.
  • Completed his residency in Family Medicine at the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
  • Undertook fellowship training in Functional, Metabolic, and Anti-Aging Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
  • Continuously enriches his knowledge with the latest medical advancements, learning from global experts.

Dr. Andrew’s approach to medicine took a transformative turn early in his career when he encountered patient issues that conventional drugs could not effectively address. Venturing beyond traditional methods, he connected with doctors nationwide and unveiled a new realm of medical solutions focused on harnessing nature’s power. He learned to utilize natural agents and cutting-edge technologies to help the body function optimally, as nature intended.

At Prestige Wellness Institute our mission is to empower our patients by providing them with evidence-based and effective natural treatments using regenerative health and functional medicine philosophies and tools. We believe each person should be treated with a unique individual health plan and address the root cause to their symptoms. We know that the best possible outcome for our patients can occur when we as healthcare providers and expert staff are working as part of a team with each person individually.

We understand your struggles. Over and over, we’ve witnessed the story: individuals, both men and women, leading dynamic lives until, suddenly, they find themselves running on empty. We’re familiar with the narratives of disrupted sleep, persistent pain, escalating medication, and a constant state of exhaustion.

Through treating thousands of patients, including members of our own team, we’ve recognized that there is a way forward. The key is that this journey isn’t one-size-fits-all; it’s a path shaped by your individual experiences and needs.

Excellent staff, knowledgeable, caring, professionals. Work to find the best solution ( or regimen) for what is healthy & helpful for me

I now feel like I’m in my 20s with the wisdom of my 50s! Best I’ve probably ever felt in my entire life! Eliminating toxins and balancing my body has been life changing for me! Thank you Dr. Andrew!!!

SoftWave FAQs

  • What results should I expect from SoftWave Therapy?

If you are a candidate for treatment, SoftWave therapy can provide both immediate and long-lasting results. After one SoftWave session, patients typically experience a 20-50% reduction in pain and improvement in mobility, lasting from a few hours to several days. Some patients require multiple sessions before experiencing improvement.

To determine if SoftWave is a suitable treatment for you, schedule a $69 New Patient Appointment, where you will receive one SoftWave treatment session, and the provider will assess whether further treatment is appropriate.

Unlike pain medications and injections, SoftWave treatment seeks to activate the body’s natural healing process at the cellular level to deliver genuine and long-lasting results.

  • What is the SoftWave treatment process like?

SoftWave is a fast and convenient non-invasive procedure that usually lasts 10-15 minutes, with no downtime required for recovery. First, ultrasound gel is applied, then the SoftWave device is gently placed to deliver shock waves to the injured area. Most patients feel a gentle tapping or pulsing sensation, while some patients may experience mild pain or discomfort. The use of anesthesia or numbing agents is not necessary. Effective communication with the provider during treatment can help identify treatment hotspots and track progress.
