Dr. Mike Lynch

Meet Dr. Mike Lynch

Dr. Mike graduated from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He began ADIO Health Chiropractic with his wife, Alanna, in 2014 in hopes of making a significant impact in the lives of others within Boulder and the surrounding communities. Dr Mike strongly believes that prevention takes precedence over treating disease and takes pride in educating his patients on how to accomplish this. Doctor means teacher, so therefore, Dr Mike also educates his patients on the importance of why getting adjusted will help them live an overall healthier life.

Empowering You to Take Control of Your Health

With SoftWave® Tissue Regeneration Technologies (TRT), we can help to turn off the pain and turn on your body’s ability to heal. Countless patients throughout the country have experienced relief from SoftWave Therapy’s non-invasive treatment!

The patented extracorporeal shockwave therapeutic device is used to reach an injured area at the cellular level to stimulate your body’s natural healing process. TRT can activate connective tissue, improve blood supply, decrease inflammation and temporarily relieve pain while recruiting and activating resident cells to the area. The research suggests this treatment stimulates your own cells within 45 minutes of this treatment. cells are the repairmen of the body. This helps attract other helper cells and reset the body naturally. These repair and helper cells are signaled to come out over the next few weeks and start the healing process to the damaged tissue.

We are excited that ADIO Health Chiropractic is the first and only office in Boulder to provide this specific technology.

With this technology, patients can avoid surgery as well as getting repeated cortisone shots. Another significant benefit is the therapy provides natural pain relief, so patients can avoid taking opiates or other painkillers. Research shows a success rate for musculoskeletal disorders of 65-91%.

Warm, friendly staff makes you feel welcomed. Quick response even though (office was not even open on Friday), thorough diagnostics work.

I am impressed with ADIO through and through. My care has been well handled in every way. The Dr. Mike has been personable and intelligent, and I felt cared for just being in his presence.

SoftWave FAQs

  • What results should I expect from SoftWave Therapy?

If you are a candidate for treatment, SoftWave therapy can provide both immediate and long-lasting results. After one SoftWave session, patients typically experience a 20-50% reduction in pain and improvement in mobility, lasting from a few hours to several days. Some patients require multiple sessions before experiencing improvement.

To determine if SoftWave is a suitable treatment for you, schedule a $69 New Patient Appointment, where you will receive one SoftWave treatment session, and the provider will assess whether further treatment is appropriate.

Unlike pain medications and injections, SoftWave treatment seeks to activate the body’s natural healing process at the cellular level to deliver genuine and long-lasting results.

  • What is the SoftWave treatment process like?

SoftWave is a fast and convenient non-invasive procedure that usually lasts 10-15 minutes, with no downtime required for recovery. First, ultrasound gel is applied, then the SoftWave device is gently placed to deliver shock waves to the injured area. Most patients feel a gentle tapping or pulsing sensation, while some patients may experience mild pain or discomfort. The use of anesthesia or numbing agents is not necessary. Effective communication with the provider during treatment can help identify treatment hotspots and track progress.
