Karrie Meade

Hi, I’m Karrie, and I’ve been a dedicated Physical Therapist for over 21 years. I graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education, focusing on exercise physiology, and earned my Master of Physical Therapy from Walsh University.

Throughout my career and in my personal life, I’ve had the opportunity to explore a wide range of outdoor activities like running, hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, boating, mountain biking, and ATV riding. But my active lifestyle also led to multiple injuries, which has given me a unique understanding of the challenges patients face during their rehabilitation journey. It’s this personal experience that drives my passion to help others recover and live pain-free.
In addition to my career as a Physical Therapist, I am deeply interested in exercise, nutrition, and holistic health—always seeking to learn new ways to optimize the body’s potential.
