Dr. Mark Hastings

Based in Aptos, California, Dr. Mark Hastings, D.C. has been successfully treating patients since 1996. A graduate from Palmer West College of Chiropractic, Dr. Hastings specializes in sports medicine and Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy with a particular focus on shoulder injuries, runner’s injuries, foot and hand injuries, and most musculo-skeletal injuries. In addition to his expertise in injury rehabilitation, he has extensive knowledge of athletic training and nutrition. His hobbies include mountain unicycling, mountain biking, running, climbing, flying, and diving. He has also been a running coach, a martial arts instructor since 1991, and a personal trainer since 1986. He is the author of The Well of Truth.
