Dr Lynda Flowers is the founder of Z4 Regenerative Healthcare in Arizona, Nevada, and Illinois toting 36 years of healthcare experience in holistic health, family practice, physical and regenerative medicine, obstetrics, weight loss and nutrition, biofeedback, functional medicine and hormone dysfunction. Dr Flowers believes that freeing people from pain and fear is the first step to regenerating and promoting total health of mind, body, and spirit.
