I’ve studied health since I was a child, scouring my school library for books about herbs used by the Original Peoples in Virginia. I began my formal health education in 1999 and graduated from the AOMA School of Integrative Medicine with classes on Traditional Chinese Medicine, including Asian medical theory, acupuncture, clinical herbology, three Asian bodywork forms, tai chi, medical qigong, as well as modern medical studies in pharmacology, anatomy and physiology, pathophysiology, and other classes to give me the knowledge to bridge ancient and modern medicine for you.
